Affordability

Our price and service structure is geared to the industry. Our standard fee for portfolio managers is a flat 12% of salary with no residuals. On site manager and executives are 17%, no residuals. *

Free advertisement for positions available in the newsletter and on the website

Once you have an agreement with us, you are able to place continuous or short-term ads in our newsletter free of charge. Did we not find anyone for you? That’s ok. There is no fee due unless a placement is made.

Access to the manager market

We have spent the past twelve (12) years (and the previous 10 before that!) developing contacts and professional partnerships and relations throughout the industry and indeed throughout the country.  Our monthly newsletter, the HOA Manager NewsLine, reaches 8900+ community professionals per month (hard copy and e-version), our website receives over 3400 visits per month and is on most managers home or office computers Favorites / Bookmarks for quick access to Julie's current or past articles and job postings.

Our principal, Julie Adamen, is a nationally known speaker, author and trainer in the community management industry known for her straightforward style and quick-witted approach to the business. In essence, all that we do is designed to bring you, the client, and access to the management staff you need.

We provide a menu of services for those management firms and communities that want and need more from their employment service: interviews, background and credit checks, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and more. Ask us. If we don’t have it, we can probably develop it. If we can’t develop it, we’ll help you find someone who can.

We are able to provide a variety of services to our clients: from “Board Boot Camps,” manager training, interim on site managers, management audits and more. For our management company clients, we provide exit strategies as well as assist those wishing to buy firms obtain their growth goals.
